About Maggi Welcome to my website. I am a writer and artist currently living in Durham, NC. I am grateful to have lived my way to the luxury of daily studio time in my home art studio, and am balancing that with the rest of my obligations to family and volunteer work. As KD Lang once said when asked about the variety of her work, "I believe I have ADD of art!" Recently my work has taken on a new focus within the world of Acrylic Pouring. My new abstract and figurative paintings explore relationships to the natural and spiritual world. Using acrylics, inks and some unexpected repurposed painting surfaces, my interpretations are often whimsical, bursting with color, and hopefully evocative. I'd love to hear what you think.
